From Matt Gondek’s first showing during Miami Art Basel in 2016, this Deconstructed Mickey has paved the way for many of his murals and toys; making it one of his more iconic and well recognized images. The incredibly rich black contrasts against a bright yellow background which helps to really emphasize the MANY deconstructed drips and drops melting off Mickey’s face. The attention to detail is incredible, you can get lost for hours staring at this painting up close.
